APT-2600FD World premiere
The APT-2600FD-A is the premium model in the APT series. The APT-2600FD series is a powerful flying probe test system with 4 measuring heads and 6 probes on the top and 2 measuring heads and 4 probes on the bottom. A completely redesigned measuring system and a wide range of new test functions significantly improve test coverage. The APT-2600FD series has several 16-bit DC 4-quadrant power supplies and a programmable AC signal generator. This enables both in-circuit testing and comprehensive functional testing to further increase the test coverage and quality of your PCBs.
The APT-2600 and APT-2400 systems come with a redesigned optical setup featuring a CMOS camera and a liquid lens. This enables advanced functions such as autofocus, 3D Real Map, and OCR. An separate remote camera allows you to monitor testing processes in production and provides remote debugging capabilities without needing to be on-site.With the new servo control system, the system now offer a “zero impact” mode. Just before making contact, the speed of the probe is reduced to zero, and only the spring force of the needle is applied. This ensures soft contact and significantly lowers pressure on the test points, making the process safe even for highly sensitive PCBs.A newly developed cleaning system keeps samples free of flux and contamination, ensuring consistent, reliable measurement results. In addition, integrated temperature sensors allow measurements to factor in semiconductor and temperature-sensitive components, enabling precise determination of characteristic curves based on temperature coefficients.
